Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with the seal intact.

Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will process the refund for the product cost only. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used makeup, skincare, and haircare products

Makeup tools and brushes once opened

Items purchased during promotions or on sale
Exchanges
