You will receive an email as soon as the products are dispatched for delivery with the relevant tracking details. Delivery could take between 1-2 working days excluding weekends and public holidays from the day of dispatch.
Delivery charges will be calculated during checkout and are based on your location. All UAE orders over AED 150 will be eligible for Free Shipping.
If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit time. If a product is defective or damaged, this must be reported same day of delivery with pictures. If the product is deemed defective Blush Me will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. You can signup for restock alerts on the product's page if the item is out of stock to get notified by mail when we restock the products.
